What is Sunwear?
Sunwear is apparel made from high quality performance and microfiber materials that keep you safe in the suns harmful UV rays. We only deal in apparel that passes The Skin Cancer Foundations standards and proudly display alongside each product it's respective UPF rating.
Can I get a digital mock-up of my custom order?
Yes! Please place your order as normal and leave us a note at checkout. We will reach out to you via your registered account email and verify your designs with a digital mock-up preproduction.
What colors give the clearest design?
White will give the truest coloring to your original design. We use the sublimation process to dye your image into the fabric. So the lighter the color of fabric - the more your design will show.
Can you print white?
We can print any colors on white, but we cannot print white onto colored fabrics.
How do I upload a custom design?
You can upload your custom designs here:

This will add your custom design file as an item in your cart. Please note they must be high quality design files.
What is considered a high quality upload?
Anything in vector format or an image at least 4500px in its largest direction, for small pocket logos we recommend at least 2000px in its largest direction. If your photo is too large to upload consider resizing or contact us for additional help and upload methods.
What upload formats do you prefer or accept?
We prefer High Quality .pdf files, but we accept .png .jpeg .eps and .svg
Please contact us if you have another file type like .ai or .psd for additional help and upload methods.
Can I print on Dark Colors?
Yes! Well sort of, our process does shine on light colored fabrics so that is what we recommend. However, we can print on dark colored fabric also. We recommend on mid-tones or dark fabric to print an all black logo or design. If you are concerned about your color choice we highly encourage you to ask for a digital mock-up in your notes at checkout.
Will you print Trademarked designs?
No. If we believe you are infringing on the Intellectual Property of another we may ask you to prove or verify you are the rights owner of said graphic. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we deem suspicious or fraud.
How many washes will the design last?
The design will last for the life of the apparel.
Do the designs crack or peel after washing?
No. The designs are physically dyed into the fabric, not on top of it.
Will my design leave a pad of ink?
No! Our prints are dyed into the fabric leaving a soft, breathable, no feel graphic.
Can I return my custom order?
No.

How long does a purchase take to fulfill?
Normal fulfillment is normally two business days.
Custom orders are normally fulfilled within two weeks. Some large orders and Pre-order items can take two months to fulfill, but usually less. Please contact us with your specific needs for an estimate on fulfillment.
Do you offer women's or toddlers sizes?
Yes! Please contact us to get a quote on those sizes.
How detailed can my design be?
Extremely! We can print HD high quality photographic images. Just make sure your design file is large enough to retain all the detail!!
What is a preorder?
Some styles are preorder items and can take two months to receive, but usually less, around 2-3 weeks. Please contact us for a estimate on fulfillment time for your specific needs.
